The secret is: To manage and fit some exercise into your ultra-demanding schedule.One of the many benefits of getting fit is that it boosts your energy levels. Here’s is short rundown of easy mom’s fitness techniques you can use if you’re a busy mom.

These techniques and exercises for mom’s weight loss are perfect if you don’t have much time and can’t get to the gym.

Mom’ Fitness Weight Loss

1. If you have a treadmill at home, incline it and walk on it

This will burn off pounds and inches of fat really fast for you. There’s a big difference between incline walking and “ho-hum” flat ground walking. You create a huge oxygen debt with the incline walking that causes the body to burn off way more fat.

You don’t have to do much of this exercise either… just 15-20 minutes. That’s it.

2. Get plenty of sleep

 When you’re sleepy, your body tends to crave food – trying to get that energy it needs to get through the day.

3. Jumping Rope

Get a $5 jump rope and get jumping. This is 1 of the secrets boxers use to get in such great shape. I know you don’t want to become a boxer or look like a guy, but put that aside. This works great for women too. Do it for 5 minutes a day. All at once or 1-2 minutes at a time.

4. Here’s a technique instead of an exercise… eat a bunch of apples each day

Apples are a wonder food when it comes to weight loss. They’re boring, but hey, they work. I would like for you to eat 3 a day as snacks. If you can’t do that, then simply eat an apple before each meal. That works good also.

5. Spinning in a Circle

To put it simply, this is an AWESOME exercise to do to lose weight fast. Just spin around in a circle. Do it until you’re slightly dizzy. That’s it. Do it at least 5 different times a day. It only takes 15 seconds.

6. Find a Sugar Replacement.

And no, I don’t mean substitutes like aspartame (although there are some good natural replacements out there today such as xylitol), I mean reach for carrots and hummus instead of a cookie.

7. Don’t listen to the negative voice in your head.

Honestly, that little guy will try his darnedest to sabotage you. He’s a liar. You are strong. You are awesome. You have the hardest, most demanding job in the world and you do it every single day. You certainly can do this!
