Crash diets are used by lots of people to lose weight quickly for weddings, holidays, parties and just for the sake of it. Crash diets aren’t healthy, don’t lead to long term weight loss (the weight comes back – often with interest) and can be dangerous.

Losing weight at 1-2 pounds per week is ideal and can still mean big weight loss over time. And the best part of a gradual approach is that you are less likely to gain it back.

Who Wants to Waste Time Dieting all the Time?

If you’re a woman in mid-life don’t waste your time on searching for the one crash diet that will work.

They just don’t.
